Start by clicking on the tile of your own post. You will see the direct link for that post in the address bar at the top of your web browser. Copy that link.
Now come over to My Desert Cottage and scroll down to the bottom the post you are going to be linking up with. You will see "You are Next... Click to enter"
1. Paste the link you copied from your blog in the first box.
2. Put the name of your blog in the second box.
3. Number 3 will be optional
4. Choose "Let me crop my own image" Then choose FROM WEB
5. A bunch of thumbnails will appear, allowing you to choose which one you want to represent your post. Choose the one you want and crop it the way you want. Now hit save and you are done!!!

I had to read it twice, but now it makes sense. It's late here, so I was confused only because I'm tired. The directions you gave Karen make sense to me. Just hoping that everyone will understand them. Most people who've done Linky parties before will know what to do. Looking forward to touring!!
I'm ready to post but can't find the 'You're Next' link anywhere :( Please help.....

Wow its that time of the year again, well I cant wait!!! I really needed this inspirational kick in the back side to get my space cleaned up, I will show it in its messy glory, but its in a serious need for some cleaning.
Cant wait to see who will post their places of creation, thank you for hosting this event again Karen. It has become a great tradition :)
