Well , as promised I am continuing my series of great local shops in the Phoenix area(sorry I'm a bit late)... So without further delay, I give you Not Too Shabby!!!
This super cute shop is located just south of Cactus on Cave Creek Rd. It is packed full of the most yummy things. I loved just about everything in this store.
I really need another home, because there just isn't enough wall space, or floor space or table space to put all the things I wanted to bring home!
Even super cute clothing and accessories.
I really should have taken this pillow home with me. :(
There are two stories. The top one is filled with all kinds of great architectural stuff. Seriously... I wanted it all.
There is a newly added room with spaces for other vendors, with just as much for the eye as everywhere else.
If you live in the Phoenix area, and haven't been by here for a visit... what are you waiting for??? There are several other cool shops right in the same shopping area, so plan on spending at least an hour or two. I promise, you will not be disappointed!!!
Update! Not too Shabby is now closed. But there is good news! You can go visit Kim (the owner) and many more creative people over at her new shop Sweet Salvage!!

Well, I see a few things that I would have walked out of there with, Karen! What a fun looking place to shop. I'm waiting for our snow to melt so I can make a trip to a store I found last year. I haven't been impressed with Home Goods or Tuesday Morning in recent visits; maybe some place new will have something inspiring!
What a fantastic place. So many wonderful goodies I could spend a weeks paycheck very easily. Sea Witch
I live so close to phoenix I think I see a road trip in my future.
Thanks for sharing such a wonderful shop.

gosh I wish I had heard of this fantastic store when I was there a few weeks ago!! I know I would have been in awe ville shopping!
Hi Karen,
Looks s great shop and I spotted a couple of table lamps just like the ones I have at home.
Hugs and smiles, Angela.
I'm so envious of you ladies over in the US, we have some stunning antique shops and reclamation yards here but I've found in the main you have to rummage whereas yours over there look so beautifully put together and are so visually inspiring :-)

Hi Karen,
What were the prices like? I'd hate to drive all the way out there and find that pillow to be $80, as I wouldn't pay more than $25 -30 for it. Especially when you and I both can make it cheaper.....;o) I know, that sounded a bit pompous, but hey it's true. Still, I will try to visit in the near future.
How you doin'? I think I'd like to try for a potluck AZ bloggers luncheon with a make and take, does that sound interesting to you?
Hugs,
Meri
Hi Karen,
This is one of my FAVORITE stores!!! I have spent many a dollar here! :)
They ALWAYS have something that I just can't live with out.
Have a great week!

It has been awhile since I stopped in there...I see they have more now than before! I guess I will need to stop in when I am on that side of the Valley again.
I know where I'm headed next time I'm out for a visit! What an amazing store! Thanks for sharing...
What a great field trip! I wanted to dig through that suit case, I saw a thing that looked like a part of a dash where the gauges would have been, a wonderful piece just waiting to be turned into art! How you managed to go home without emptying your pocketbook is beyond me. Such lovely things.
I need to make a trip up there soon. So many places to see here in AZ...Lots of driving, too...so I must plan it out right.
Looks like an awesome store.
I was just there. In fact in my AZ post a few days ago - that was the balcony we were looking over in one of the pictures! Loved it ALL! Seriously! I was sad that all the rest of the shops were closed in that little center.
GOSH! That just means I have to go back! :)
Hugs! Karen

I found this place last fall! It is a really fabulous store and the prices are very reasonable also! I live in the north part of the valley, but it was totally worth the drive. (I loved the the whole little shopping center.) I'm going to take my sister there when she comes to town.
Thanks for letting us know about this shop. I live in Prescott and will have to take my sister to this place next time she visits
